OPPO has been teasing this particular phone series for quite some time and true to its promise, the Chinese phone manufacturer has finally launched the new Reno series today. There's the 10x Zoom Edition, which not only comes with a third camera (for zooming, if that wasn't clear from the name) but also has a 6.6-inch screen and Snapdragon 855 processor.
The Oppo Reno 10X zoom edition is priced at 3999 yuan for the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version, 4499 yuan for the 6GB RAM with 256GB storage version and the 8GB RAM with 256GB storage version is priced at 4799 yuan. There are four colors to choose from: blue, black, pink, and purple. Local folks who are after the Reno 10x Zoom Edition will have to wait until mid-May the latest, and it'll cost between 3,999 yuan (about $600) and 4,799 yuan (about $710) for the same RAM and storage options - it's UFS 2.1 for all models, by the way.

The phone features a 6.6-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel and is available in 6GB/128GB, 6GB/256GB, or 8GB/256GB configurations. The display will be an AMOLED one certified by TUV Rheinland. This one could be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC and will use a heat-conducting gel and graphite sheet to dissipate heat. It's coupled with up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB UFS 2.1 storage. For selfies, there is a 16MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture. There's no Face ID-like facial recognition tech onboard. It also comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner. It ships with a 4,065 mAh battery with VOOC 3.0 fast charging support. INR 37,064) for 8GB RAM+256GB Storage variant.
PlayStation 4 users can finally change their online ID
So, how do you do it? In general, there are no restrictions to the number of times you can change your online ID. First, the feature will only work on PS4 games, so the name change will not be available on the PS3 and PS Vita.
"The phone has a triple rear camera setup of 48MP rear camera with LED flash, 1/2.25" Sony IMX586 sensor, f/1.7 aperture, 0.8um pixel size, OIS, Laser AF, PDAF, CAF, 13MP periscope telephoto lens, f/3.0 aperture and a 8MP 120° Ultra Wide Lens with f/2.2 aperture, 10x Hybrid Optical Zoom.
Moving up to a 10x optical zoom factor in a smartphone is definitely one of the most radical changes in mobile camera technology of the last decade.
The selfie camera onboard here is the same as the standard edition, along with all other specifications like connectivity, biometrics, software, and more. The company will be introducing the 5G Spark Program in China where it will select 200 OPPO users to test out the company's first 5G smartphone before the commercial launch. The 10x Zoom variant, if priced right, could sit in the same price segment as the OnePlus 7 lineup and it would be interesting to see a comparison between phones from companies of the same parent.
