Florida prosecutors have offered to drop misdemeanor prostitution solicitation charges against two dozen defendants including Patriots owner Robert K. Kraft, if they agree to conditions including an admission that authorities had enough evidence of their guilt, authorities said.
Kraft's attorney Jack Goldberger did not immediately return a call seeking comment.
In both instances, video surveillance captured a woman performing a sex act on Kraft and shows him paying in cash.
Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg said Tuesday on Twitter that the offer to first-time offenders "is standard in cases like this".
Other men entangled in the prostitution scandal have been offered the same type of deal as the billionaire National Football League team owner, the report said.

And if given the opportunity I can be an All-Star, I can be All-NBA, I can be all that, because I physically feel great. I didn't know if they were interested, and I wasn't saying I wanted to come back and be the guy.
Jupiter police reports indicate Kraft visited the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter on January 19 and 20.
Kraft was nabbed in a sex sting that investigated human trafficking and centered on a Jupiter massage parlor, which allegedly doubled as a prostitution den. Hours later, he was in Kansas City for the game.
Kraft has denied the allegations made against him. He has been dating 39-year-old actress Ricki Noel Lander since 2012.
The alleged findings concerning Kraft were part of a larger police investigation, which spannednumerous spas throughout the area. Numerous women are originally from China, were forced to live in the spas and were not allowed to leave without an escort, according to investigators.
