The train left without him, leaving passengers scrambling to alert the dad.

- Officials say a man will not face any charges after leaving a baby, in its vehicle seat, on a train while he stepped outside to smoke a cigarette.

Transit officials were alerted about the unaccompanied baby and ordered the train to go back.

The baby was safely reunited with the father at the station.

CCTV footage from the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority in OH captured the incident which happened on 12 January.

According to a police statement, the father was accused of acting "menacing" towards the train operator after the fact.

CCTV captured the moment the father ran after the Cleveland Regional Transit Authority train as it pulled away to depart for the next stop. However, the driver will be "coached" due to not following communication procedures.
