Marvel's bloodiest and most brutal character The Punisher returns to Netflix for a second season of mayhem and violent retribution on January 18th, and now fans can view the official trailer featuring all the beatdowns, manhunts and betrayal they've awaited. Clips of the ruthless fight that went down in said venue are interspersed throughout the conversation as Bendix questions Castle on his true motivations, saying, "It's nearly like you were happy for the excuse", in reference to the character's tendency toward savagery. He ends up becoming involved in an attempted murder of a young girl, played by Giorgia Whigham. When Jigsaw's accomplices find out that Castle and Bendix have partnered together, they set out to kill them both. With Castle's former brother-in-arms Billy Russo (Ben Barnes) slowly beginning to heal from the traumatic brain injury Frank inflicted on him, it's only a matter of time before Billy starts to put the pieces of the puzzle back together.
Russo is tasked with bringing Castle and the girl to her mystery pursuers.
