Marvel's Spider-Man will conclude its DLC side-story The City That Never Sleeps on 21st December, when the final expansion pack Silver Lining launches on the PlayStation 4 with a raft of fresh missions and some bonus suits. There are going to be spoilers ahead so read at your own risk! In this final chapter, the web-slinger will have to face the Silver Sable as she returns to New York City to reclaim her stolen tech, heavily used by the Maggia in Turf Wars.
Insomniac could always decide to do more DLC for Spider-Man, but Silver Sable marks the end of the road for The City That Never Sleeps. But with Police Department Captain Yuri Watanabe on administrative leave after her controversial efforts against crime boss Hammerhead, and bigger threats on the horizon, Spider-Man must rely on unlikely allies to keep the city safe from impending calamity. She is then found punching a man asking him "Tell me where to find Hammerhead" and she does not seem happy. This isn't the Spider-Man you've met or ever seen before. If you have $160 to burn and you want to get your feet into a pair of these beauties, here's what you need to know. We're learning today that the new episode, titled Silver Lining, will be out in time for Christmas. The two other new DLC suits are deeper cuts: you have Cyborg Spider-Man, who got his robot parts after almost dying in a battle with the Sinister Six back in 1992; and the Aaron Aikman Armor Suit, a robo-armored Spidey from a 2014 issue of the Spider-Verse alternate universe comics series.
