Prince Charles, who turns 70 today, is seen wearing a sharp blue pinstripe suit whilst sitting on the bench holding his eldest grandson Prince George on his knee, with the 5-year-old unable to hide his excitement.
While five-year-old Prince George is now obviously grown up, his six-month-old baby brother, Prince Louis, bears a striking resemblance to how he looked at that age.
The pictures were taken by Getty photographer Chris Jackson, who said: "I was delighted to have been asked to take these portraits of the Prince of Wales surrounded by his family to celebrate the important milestone of his 70th birthday".

The latest snaps follow the release of a handsome photo of tiny Prince Louis in his mother's arms as he played with Prince Charles.

Accompanied by his wife Camilla, the heir to the British throne was guest of honour at a show called We Are Most Amused and Amazed at the London Palladium. In contrast, the second shot is more candid and shows the family laughing and looking more relaxed. The photos were scheduled to be released on November 14 when he turns the milestone age, but they leaked early on November 13.
