Kiwi artist Lorde has called out U.S. rapper Kanye West for appearing to copy the set of her Melodrama shows in performances of his own. "But don't steal-not from women or anyone else-not in 2018 or ever", she wrote.
She continues: "I did not design the recent Kids See Ghosts performance: I worked with Lorde on the design for her Coachella performance: I admire both and see no imitation at work here". During Lorde's Melodrama world tour, Lorde performed in and had dancers in a similar looking box.
Neither he nor Cudi has commented on Lorde's claims.

Instagram/Lorde Lorde's message to Kanye West, above. Kids See Ghosts' stage features a levitating rectangular box nearly identical to the one Lorde used at Coachella.
Wendy went as far as to bring solid proof that Lorde was not even the first to use that sort of see-through suspended box during a performance.
"It felt so good being on the stage last night with my brother Cudi", the 41-year-old rapper shared.
"After performing again, I realise the new album I've been working on isn't ready yet". I'll announce the release date once it's done.
