The Steelers star wide receiver was cited by police on Thursday for driving at speeds in excess of 100 miles per hour.
Brown, who was driving a black Porsche, was charged with reckless driving for the incident, according to local police.
Antonio Brown #84 of the Pittsburgh Steelers reacts after a 33 yard touchdown reception in the fourth quarter during the game against the Green Bay Packers at Heinz Field on November 26, 2017 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The NFL star was speeding southbound on McKnight Road near McCandless Crossing in Pittsburgh. Steve Korbel tells Mangino that an officer followed Brown and clocked him.
The Steelers (5-2-1) will host the Carolina Panthers (6-2) on Thursday Night Football.
Walmart goes public with its Black Friday plans
Best Buy and Walmart have both announced that their in-store Black Friday sales will kick off on the evening of Thanksgiving Day. Meanwhile, the in-store event will begin at 6 p.m. local time on Thanksgiving Day.
According to WPXI-TV, the Steelers released a statement that said, "We are aware of the situation, but we are still gathering information".
The weed comment was a reference to Le'Veon Bell's 2014 marijuana arrest.
It probably won't affect the Steelers gameplan at all, but don't be surprised if you see Mike Tomlin looking very miffed or even maybe leaving Brown on the sidelines for the first series of the game after this incident.
