Abdul's Straight Up Paula! tour continues its North American run October 25 in Windsor, Ontario before concluding on March 30, 2019 in Orillia, Ontario.

Paula Abdul took a terrifying fall off of the stage at a concert on Saturday night.

It appears people in the audience helped her back on stage.

That said, this was only the third show of what is her first solo tour in 25 years, with the next one set for Thursday at Caesars Windsor, so here's hoping it's straight up from here.

Abdul has been performing for years, though she has suffered from chronic pain since she injured as a 17-year-old cheerleader.

Abdul's success coordinating dance routines extended beyond working just with musicians as she was pegged to arrange dance sequences for a number of films including Can't Buy Me Love, The Running Man, Big, Coming to America, Action Jackson, The Doors, Jerry Maguire, and American Beauty.

Despite taking a break from life on the road, Paula has kept her name in the headlines thanks to her judging role on American Idol. It is not yet known if she sustained any injuries. "Other than the fall her show was absolutely fantastic and she went on and finished like a champ!" It showed Abdul clapping to beat emphatically along with her back-up dancers. Hopefully, she'll be more careful the rest of the tour - the fall could have been so much worse!
