Neymar Has 'Agreement' In Place To Leave PSG

PSG Star Neymar 'Offers To Return To Barcelona' A Year After Moving To France in a £200m Deal

Neymar Wants a Return to Spain and the La Liga

Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo said in a front-page story on Wednesday that the player has told Barca he wants to return after becoming disillusioned with life in Paris.

Barcelona vice-president Jordi Cardoner says no internal talks have taken place regarding the possibility of trying to re-sign Neymar.

Cardoner, who defended Neymar until the end when he was a Barça player, added that "he was the one who left".

That does not mean he can not leave earlier, just that a club would have to haggle with PSG if they wanted to sign him and it would probably be for a fee greater than his 2020 release clause.

"In any case, if we did want to sign him then the board would have to discuss it, but until now no one has talked about it".

John Kelly, John Bolton get into heated argument outside Oval Office
Bolton criticised DHS, and Kelly defended Nielsen, a former deputy whom he supported to replace him at the department. He vowed on Thursday to deploy the military and shut down the Mexican border unless the migrants are turned back.

Another source told ESPN FC it would be hard for Neymar to go back to Barca given the manner in which he left the club past year. "We're not even in the transfer market".

It is unlikely that Paris Saint-Germain will give up on the Brazilian star quite so easily but should the move materialize, it would be the most shocking football return of 2019.

"He played cat and mouse with us". For now, things are unclear for Neymar Jr. and we will have to wait till the end of the season to know how things unfold.

The report also claims that the 26-year-old Neymar is not motivated anymore and misses his friendships and relationships with his former teammate's, especially Argentine talisman Lionel Messi.

Barcelona have reportedly indicated that they are ready to secure a reunion with Neymar in the summer.
