In her FIR or police complaint in Mumbai, former actor Tanushree Dutta alleges that senior actor Nana Patekar grabbed her arm and pushed her on the pretext of teaching her dance moves and touched her "indecently and unnecessarily" in front of everybody on the sets of 2008 film "Horn OK Pleasss".

Offences have been registered against them under IPC section 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) and 509 (word, gesture or act meant to insult the modesty of a woman), the official said, adding that no arrest has been made so far.

Tanushree has accused Nana Patekar of sexually harassing her on the sets of Horn "Ok" Pleassss in 2008.

"I felt very uncomfortable because of his behavior mentioned above and he has outraged my modesty I felt embarrassed like this his behavior was inappropriate towards me". But to her surprise, new steps were introduced by Acharya, which were intimate and included Patekar touching her inappropriately, she alleged. Tanushreeís lawyer Nitin Satpute who accompanied her said that the statement of Tanushree Dutta has been recorded in English so that she can understand the language. She added that on October 5, days after she spoke out again after a decade, she was publicly embarrassed by comments allegedly made by Siddiqui in a television interview.

She then called her parents and manager, who questioned Patekar's actions.

On the way out, her auto was attacked but with the help of the police she managed to escape from the spot, it added.

The Oshiwara police are likely to record Ms. Dutta's statement on Wednesday, sources said. Many parts of my complaint were deleted, omitted and avoided, she alleged.

The actress is also going to approach the Bombay High Court and will file a PIL seeking an internal complaints committee to be formed in every film related body. Her main grievance of sexual harassment as well as the name of the culprit were reportedly left out from the complaint by the police. Having said that, Raveena also added that she is someone who is hard to mess with and further also mentioned that she would scare people off easily.

After recording the statement, the police registered the offence late midnight, he said.
