Teresa Giudice Devastated Over Husband Joe's Deportation, Unlikely to Move to Italy

Teresa Giudice's husband Joe to be deported back to Italy after serving prison sentence

'Real Housewives' Star Joe Giudice To Be Deported After Prison Time

Joe Giudice, husband of "Real Housewives" star Teresa Giudice, is getting deported back to Italy - and now Bravo has to figure out a way to incorporate the repatriation on the reality show. On Wednesday, a judge in immigration court ruled that Joe must return to his home country of Italy when his time is up, and sources have now told Entertainment Tonight that Giudice is not taking the news well.

Joe Giudice (2nd from L) and wife Teresa Giudice arrive for sentencing at federal court in Newark on October 2, 2014 in Newark.

Although his wife Teresa Giudice was not in court for the ruling, she has remained loyal to her husband and implied that she'd follow him to Italy were he to be bounced from the United States. "I have to go back and tell my kids this, and they've been waiting to hear from me".

The couple share daughters Gia, 17, Gabriella, 14, Milania, 12, and Audriana, 9. He is expected to be released a few months early in March 2019. People reports that Joe will be deported to his native Italy.

Joe and Teresa, both 46, pleaded guilty to 41 counts of fraud in 2014. "I can explain." Joe will have a chance to file an appeal to this decision by November 9. "I mean, Italy's a attractive place to live", she told Andy Cohen on the reunion of her show.

Mandatory evacuations have been ordered in several Florida counties and devastating effects are expected to expand far inland. Brock Long , head of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), said early evacuation efforts in the area were slow.

"Teresa and Joe have no current plan in place for what to do next in their marriage, even though she is committed to finding a way to make this situation work for her family", the insider continues. "I need to let it go and move on".

"This is going to break her", a source said. They added the Giudices had always known deportation was a possibility, but they were trying not to think about it until they had to.

Meanwhile a source told People on Wednesday afternoon that she is surprised.

While it's unclear whether the family will join Giudice upon his release, Teresa has previously stated that she "wouldn't mind" moving with her husband.

Giudice has finished filming season nine of Bravo's RHONJ and will likely be a part of season 10.
