Ace golfer Shubhankar Sharma keen to win the CIMB Classic

Thomas well poised Burgoon leads in Kuala Lumpur

The highest-ranked player in the field this week, Justin Thomas, follows in an eight-way tie for sixth on six under, alongside the likes of Louis Oosthuizen, Byeonghun An and European Ryder Cup star Paul Casey.

Sharma won February's Maybank Championship in Kuala Lumpur and he returns to the Malaysian capital on top of the Asian Tour prize money standings ahead of the dual-sanctioned event. The others are the in-form Gaganjeet Bhullar, Anirban Lahiri - who has been here before and was T-3 in 2015 - and Rahil Gangjee, who did play on the Tour in the U.S., but it is in Asia that he is making his PGA Tour debut.

"Twenty years later, I hold a Tour card". I know what to do, I know the golf course, the weather, how far the ball's going to go, the pin positions etc. I haven't been here for two, three years, I think.

"It is such a pleasure to be here back in Malaysia again". The course suits my style of play and I just played beautifully.

If I had not received the invitation from Malaysia, who knows, I may not have played in Mayakoba.

"I played phenomenal previous year, I putted incredible and I'm going to have to do that again", Perez said.

"My goal is to be in the top-60 in the FedExCup points, and keep the card as long as I can, same as my good friend Anirban (Lahiri)".

Trump, Kim considering four locations for next summit
Pompeo echoed Trump's comments when he spoke briefly to reporters during a Tuesday afternoon visit to the White House. On Tuesday, Trump said that he was planning a second summit with Kim for the near future. "That's a two-way street".

It kicks off a swing of three big tournaments in Asia for the 21-year-old, along with next week's CJ Cup in South Korea and the WGC-HSBC Champions in Shanghai.

"Then I'm like, oh, maybe I'm not going to play".

While Kiradech has his PGA TOUR card in hand for the 2018-19 Season, India's Shubhankar Sharma, who is in the field as one of the top-10 players from the Asian Tour, is eager to get his way to the world's premier circuit. One of the best things we experience is the police outriders, which make it easier for us to get to TPC KL, a great golf facility. "I wasn't ready to win, I wasn't able to win".

I'm looking forward to defending my title and seeing my fans there again. Obviously all three events are big PGA Tour events.

Here you can find everything you need to stay up to date with the world's foremost golf tour.

Other stars competing in the event include 2014 FedExCup Champion Billy Horschel, Europe's Ryder Cup star Paul Casey, double CIMB Classic victor Ryan Moore and Brandt Snedeker, who together with Moore finished runner-up at the Safeway Open after losing to Tway in a playoff on Sunday. Despite the fact that Moore recorded just one top-10 finish in his final 11 starts of the 2017-18 season, the model had him as one of the top three contenders for the Safeway Open.
