Once you have the code, you'll need to redeem it through Pandora before September 3 in order to unlock your free year of service.

There were three announcements made, one of them much larger than the other two and potentially large enough to get even more people headed over to T-Mobile's network. The carrier is now giving subscribers a free annual subscription to music streamer Pandora and access to special tickets for live shows and concerts produced by Live Nation.

Although the initiative is expensive, T-Mobile COO Mike Sievert believes that, "This team of experts approach is actually good business". T-Mobile also promises to avoid putting you through unnecessary phone wait times by offering more callbacks (including right from the moment you call), 24/7 support and "asynchronous" messaging help that doesn't require you to stick around while an agent tackles your problem.

T-Mobile's partnering with Live Nation, one of the largest sites for buying concert/event tickets, to provide its customers with a slew of benefits.

Legere said that T-Mobile has consulted on its customer support plans with executives from Sprint, with which T-Mobile is trying to merge in a deal worth about $27 billion.

He said Wednesday that he is revamping T-Mobile's call centers to reduce the hassle of confusing phone trees, chat bots that use canned phrases, and human representatives who seem like they're out of the loop. Team of Experts is essentially a concierge service comprised of 40 T-Mobile employees trained to handle every issue you could possibly have.

With this deal in place, T-Mobile customers can expect discounted $25 lawn tickets (taxes and fees included in price), access to sold out tickets and sold out sections of the show, plus more.

Team of Experts will be available 7 a.m.to 9 p.m. local time, and T-Mobile's Customer Care team will pick up from there. Mired in fourth place among the four major USA wireless providers, T-Mobile was behind in building out its LTE network and many consumers only knew of the company because of its spokeswoman Carly. T-Mobile customers will get the offer through the T-Mobile Tuesdays app on August 28. Customers can claim this offer by opening the T-Mobile Tuesdays app on that date. With Plus, you can also enjoy unlimited skips, replays, personalized stations, and offline listening.
