The victim was Dennis Shields, who has been known to date Bethenny Frankel of "The Real Housewives of NY", a police source said.

Frankel, a star of The Real Housewives of New York City, had known Shields, the CEO of LawCash, for about 30 years; she once tweeted that she went to high school with his ex-wife.

Dennis Shields, 51, was found unconscious and unresponsive in his Trump Tower apartment on Fifth Ave.in Midtown around 10 a.m. Medics said he was dead at the scene.

His assistant reportedly administered Narcan in an unsuccessful attempt to revive him.

TMZ sources say it may have been oxycodone, but "Extra" has learned the NYC Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death and the investigation is ongoing.
