Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu & Eevee Reveal First Version-Exclusive Pokemon

The upcoming Nintendo Switch Pokemon RPGs, Let's Go Pikachu and Let's Go Eevee, are shaping up to be total throwbacks to the old-school, first-generation Pokemon games.

It remains to be seen if there will be any other version-exclusive monsters in each game beyond the aforementioned Pokemon; the original Red and Blue versions, for instance, each had six exclusive species (excluding evolutions), so it seems likely that there will be a few other Pokemon that can only be captured in each game.

In Pikachu, players will be able to catch Oddish, Growlithe and Sandshrew, whereas Eevee players will be able to catch Bellsprout, Vulpix and Meowth (That's right). Catching them all should be easier now than in the old days, since trading is available both locally and online.
