Sony has announced the Xperia XA2 Plus at an event in London. The 6-inch Full HD+ screen, coated in Corning Gorilla Glass 5, is the first in the line with an 18:9 aspect ratio, resulting in slightly slimmer bezels with no notch.

Additionally, Kuo said Apple may release a new low-priced laptop, similar to the MacBook Air , but likely rebranded in a new way. The entry price for the 15-inch MacBook Pro with Touch Bar is $2399, also unchanged, which comes with a 6-core Intel processor.
After the release of the latest flagship, the Xperia XZ2 Premium, Sony is expected to release yet another high-end offering the future only this time, the upcoming Xperia XZ3 is expected to be a real champ in the optics department. There's no confirmation of a United Kingdom launch, so don't expect it there any time soon if at all, but we're not sure about the USA or Australia.
The Xperia XA2 Plus is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 630 octa-core mobile processor alongside either 4GB or 6GB of RAM and 32GB or 64GB of local storage (expandable via microSD card slot). A ¼-inch Exmor R sensor generates 8-megapixel, 120-degree super wide-angle snaps up front with an ISO range up to 3200 and an aperture of f/2.4. Connectivity options suppported by the Xperia XA2 Plus include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n ac, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, and USB Type-C port. It comes with a rear mounted fingerprint sensor for quick access. The smartphone comes in Silver, Black, Gold and Green colours and will be available for sale from late August 2018. The Xperia XA2 Plus gets a 3580mAh battery, that is supported by Qnovo adaptive charging, as well as QuickCharge 3.0.
