Drake Makes Surprise Performance at Wireless Festival After DJ Khaled Cancels

Wireless Festival falls silent to remember 77 young people murdered in London

J Cole is headlining day one of the day’s musical event

The "Scorpion" rapper actually made it on stage at the London event, performing an unbelievable set list, filling in for DJ Khaled who had dropped out earlier in the day.

Drake stunned the crowd at London's Wireless Festival with a surprise performance on Sunday night, replacing scheduled headliner DJ Khaled, who cancelled due to "travel issues".

The rapper entered at the end of Giggs' slot with the pair playing their collaboration KMT.

The rapper performed around six songs, including his number one hit God's Plan. He performed "8 Out of 10", "Mob Ties", "Nonstop" and the now viral "In My Feelings", for the first time. Fans were asking all sort of questions after seeing a video of Khaled on social media just hours before in an infinity pool on holiday in Mexico. And most worryingly, they admitted they had "known for a few months".

Lily and Ben both went to school in Croatia and Mr Colgan said: "We'll all be WhatsApping each other". It is in the knockout rounds that I hit my stride, though, and I hope to continue like this.

Khaled then suggested he was en route to the U.K.by uploading another snap of himself and his fiancee, Nicole Tuck, sharing a champagne toast onboard a private jet.

Tarikanarula wrote: "I'm really upset @djkhaled, we went to a lot of effort to come and see you today and you don't even bother to come and see your fans or even provide an explanation. You've really let us down and made me cry on my birthday".

The audience at the recently held Wireless Festival in the United Kingdom loved Davido so much that they were ready to fight to keep him on the stage.
