Connectivity-wise, there's the Surface Connect port and USB Type-C 3.1, as well as a 3.5mm headphone jack and MicroSDXC.

The Surface Go will go up for pre-order from July 10 in the United States, Canada, UK, Ireland, France, Germany, and other important markets. It includes Microsoft's proprietary Surface Connect port, which is mostly used for charging but can also be used to plug it in to a docking station. These displays will be advertising a new Type Cover and new hardware from Microsoft, which went unnamed in this leak.

Microsoft Surface devices primarily target high-powered creative types at a substantial price point, but the tech giant is looking to change that with a new $399 hybrid tablet. Another new accessory is the Surface Mobile Mouse, an ambidextrous, Bluetooth mouse powered by a pair of AAA batteries and priced at $34.99.
If you were expecting a Microsoft Surface with an ARM processor inside, this does not seem to be in the cards yet.
