Police in Tennessee say a woman has been charged with transporting two young children in pet kennels inside her vehicle.
According to police, the children were spotted Saturday afternoon in the 3700 block of Elvis Presley Blvd. near Graceland.
Leimome Cheeks, 62, allegedly placed her two grandchildren in kennels and drove them around for at least 40 minutes in temperatures as high as 95 degrees, according to police.
The children, ages seven and eight, were questioned by police following their grandmother's arrest.
Footage has emerged of the moment at grandmother apparently let her grandchildren out of dog kennels in the back of her vehicle.

The announcement of the ambitious dam had led many to fear the outbreak of a water war between Egypt and Ethiopia. They also confirmed that leaders from the three nations will meet every six months for consultations.
The incident was filmed on cell phone on Saturday by a man who happened to drive pass as the children were exiting from the vehicle. I couldn't see her actually doing that.
The two children involved are now being questioned by the police, who told them that Mrs Cheeks claimed there was not enough space in the truck for them to sit safely. Two neighbors told WMC Cheeks was a "super good neighbor. She's such a nice lady", a neighbor told WREG-TV.
"I don't think she knew because she loves her grandkids", Cowan told Fox 13. "If she did that, then that's out of character for her", one neighbor said.
He told WREG he hopes the video will motivate others to call authorities when they see wrong things happening.
